Requirements

The Requirements menu item consists of Requirements Error and Unmatched Requirements sub-menu options.

Requirements Error

The Requirements Error option provides access to the full error message in the form of Requirement Error Details. When the Requirements Error option is selected from the Requirements menu item of the Admin menu, a Requirement Error Search screen displays. This screen allows users to search for requirement errors.

Requirement Error Search

Requirement Error records are filtered by Company Name, Product, Requirement, Policy Number, Client Number, Start Date and End Date. Click the Find button to display the Requirement Error Search Results in a section below.

Requirement Error Search Results

Requirement Error Search Results will display the results in a tabular format after the search criteria is entered and the Find button is clicked.

User can click on the rows to expand them to see the full error message in the form of the Requirement Error Details.

Unmatched Requirements

When the Unmatched Requirements option is selected from the Requirements menu item of the Admin menu, the Result Search Criteria screen displays. This screen allows users to search for unmatched requirements.

Result Search Criteria

User filters the Result Search Criteria by selecting the appropriate values for Requirement Name, Result Status, Received From and Received To dates and clicks on the Find button.

Results

The results are displayed in the Results section below in a tabular format. User can expand any row for more information about the result in the form of Result Detail.

When the user clicks on the Find Requirement tab beside the Result Detail tab, the Requirement Search Criteria is displayed within that tab. User can search for any desired requirement and match the unmatched requirement to it by clicking on the Match icon.
